A political Affairs analyst, Hon. Idris Mohammed has urged president Muhammadu Buhari not to bow to the whims and caprices of disgruntled members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee (NWC) who are desperate to reduce his influence in the party towards paving the way for Mr Bola Tinubu to realise his Presidential ambition in 2023.

Spokesman of the group, .APC Reformers Network , in a press release that was seen by Crack team Naija, urged leaders of the party to attend and support President to convey the APC National Executive Council (NEC) meeting which had been scheduled for today.

He demanded the sack of APC National Working Committee (NWC) who are disloyal to the party and the President in a desperate bid to foist Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s Presidential ambition on Nigerians.

“We are appealing to Nigerians to support the President to do the needful at the National Working Committee (NEC) meeting of the party tonight.

The group stated that Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State who had called for Oshiomhole’s removal, has been vindicated as a result of the current crisis in APC.

“It is a an undisputed fact that Oshiomhole created the problems of APC and have also donated seven States in Nigeria to the Peoples Democratic party”, he said.

According to him, “The reason why Bola Tinubu is desperate to have Comrade Adams Oshiomhole returned as the national Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, is to enable him achieve his presidential ambition in 2023.

“The manner in which he is misleading the APC National Working Committee (NWC) led by Adams Oshiomhole, are pointers that the Cabal in APC want to reduce President Muhammadu Buhari’s influence, hijack for a forceful takeover of the party.

“As we speak, efforts are on to return Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the party. Nigerians must resist the move.

“So, we are calling on President Muhammadu Buhari to not to succumb to intimidation most Nigerians and owners of the party are in support of Oshiomhole’s removal, adding that a new set of leaders be appointed to replace the APC National Working Committee members that are under the apron-string of the Lagos godfather.

He also urge President Buhari to sanitise and salvage the party from the “political merchants” that are trading with the goodwill of the party.
